The Simi Valley Town Center is is bad shape!
It's not uncommon for a property to go under and even struggle. When large retail chains relocated, the property managers often let the property go as well. This can cause higher crime and tenants to lose faith in their landlord. Freshly painted lines and signs show customers and tenants they are cared for and someone is 'watching'. It's also not uncommon for commercial real estate agents to request a parking lot to be restriped as they are trying to sell it.

Even the largest of lots in Semi Valley and beyond are often not that expensive to maintain. We've seen budgeting be moved around in some pretty creative ways to handle sprucing up a lot. For a 100 million dollar property like The Simi Valley Town Center, what's 30k to spruce it up? Not much, in the grand scheme of things. We hope it gets done by someone local!
