Malibu California Parking Lot Striping

If you're going to be a parking lot striper, why do it in places where the weather isn't perfect? We can stripe in any weather above 45 degrees F. Malibu can get windy, but our machines by Graco spray at a high rate of compression. Wind doesn't effect us parking lot striping.
